Just like every other year, this year we are organizing something for anyone - the little ones can attend the First Steps In Filmmaking Workshop, and for those a bit older there is a chance of making their first film as a part of the My First Shooting Workshop. The workshops are free for the participants, and the entries are open until the 20th of august 2022.

Both workshops are the result of an age-long collaboration with two organizations - the First Steps In Filmmaking Workshop in made in collaboration with the organization Filmaktiv, and the My First Shooting Workshop is realized in collaboration with the organization Restart. Each year a great team is gathered in the workshops and interesting films are made in a pleasant company.

The First Steps In FilmmakingWorkshop is designated for the kids from the age of 7 to 10 who are willing to learn the basics of the stop animation through a 3 day period. The workshop will be held from the 24th until the 26th of august 2022. in Villa Antonio. The estimated duration of the workshop is 2 hours a day. To entry the workshop an e-mail shall be sent at [email protected] until the 20th of august 2022. The e-mail shall include the name of the workshop that you are applying for, contact information of the participant and of his/hers legal guardian (name, surname, phone number, e-mail) and also the age of the participant.

The My First Shooting Workshop is imagined as a 4 day meetup during which the participants in small groups will be taken through all phases of making a film. From the participants it is expected to attend each 4 days of the workshop, from the 24th till the 27th of august 2022. The workshop will be held in the rooms of Villa Antonio and in the open, dependent on the theme that the participants choose for this years film that will be made. Persons of the ages from 16 to 50 may apply to the workshop by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The e-mail shall contain the name and the surname of the participant, phone number, e-mail, age and a short 1 or 2 sentence description of what the participant would love to make his/hers movie about.
