Mladen Ivanović
Mladen Ivanović
was born in 1987 in Podgorica. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Cetinje. He enrolled in the Master's studies at the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb, majoring in Documentary Film. His debut "Between the River and the People" (2015) was the winning debut film at the Balkan New Film Festival, held in Stockholm, Sweden. He is currently working on a feature-length documentary "Rear Admiral" about Krsto Djurovic, who was killed in the Yugoslav war because he refused to shell Dubrovnik. He is in the production phase of a film with the working title "Petrova Gora" about one of the most important modernist monuments in the former Yugoslavia.
