On Friday, August 28, at 22:15, we will find out the winners of the 18th Liburnia Film Festival!

Liburnia awards six jury awards and the audience award. Apart from the best film, the five-member jury honours the best director, editor, cinematographer and sound designer, and presents awards for best regional film, by an author born in Istrian, Primorje-Gorski Kotar or Lika- Senj County, or produced by a production company from these regions.

This year's jury consists of director Andrej Korovljev, film critic and independent curator Dina Pokrajac, cinematographer and photographer Hrvoje Franjić, producer Miljenka Čogelja and artistic director of UnderhillFest Vuk Perović.

Cash prizes for best films to the jury’s and audience’s choice are given and Restart is providing technical service of DCP production. All awarded will also get a statue, a unique work, custom-made by artist Saša Jantolek. 

Awards to documentary filmmakers are also presented thanks to the help of our partners, Institute for Documentary Film (IDF) and Balkan Documentary Center.
