A film that, with clips from the everyday life of a cultural worker, problematizes some of the conditions and ways of working of the independent cultural sector, and at the same time seeks the reason and purpose of working in it. From flexible working hours, underpayment, project financing, multitasking several jobs at the same time, to the problem of resting for which there is no time at the end of the day.
