Tiha K. Gudac graduated with a degree in production from the Academy of Dramatic Arts and economy from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. A participant at a series of film workshops (‘Berlinale Talent Campus’, 2010, ‘Sarajevo City of Film’, 2008, ‘Sarajevo Talent Campus’, 2007), she spent many years working for the NGO sector on a series of projects focusing on developing a dialogue in conflicted regions. She produced several short documentary and fiction films, working in fiction, animation and documentary genres and commercial formats. Her directorial debut Naked Island earned her the Heart of Sarajevo award for best documentary film and many other international honours.
